I try to treat every customer like a friend. No one will ever get a service that was not necessary, no question is a stupid one, and every estimate or service is explained until the customer understands. After 20 years of running other peoples' businesses with making money as their mission, I decided to make working by the golden rule my mission knowing that, if I did, the money would come. I have been in business for myself for over a year now on word of mouth and two Ads in The Good Book for which I bartered service. This would not be possible if I was not as good to my customers as they are to me. I depend on referrals for 90% of my business and I feel that this is the way it should be.
I offer repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on nearly any computer and most electronic devices including Desktops and Laptops, PCs and Apple. If you would like to know how to use a certain device or if you just want to make a list of things you wanted to learn how to do, we can use our time for one-on-one training. If I don't know how to do something or do not have experience with it, I will tell you and base my billing accordingly should you choose to proceed. My goal is to provide you personal, patient, and reliable service, so that you can recommend me to your family and friends without reservations.
My business currently by appointment only but I operate convenient hours 7 days a week. I offer remote, in-shop, pick-up and drop-off, or in-home/on-site service.
